Four rules we build by.
The reviewer decides
Release is a qualified person’s call. EVA does the reading, the checking, and the paperwork, and says plainly that the decision is yours.
Show the evidence
A verdict without its source is an opinion. Every result in EVA points to the page it came from and the rule it was held to.
Fail honestly
When something goes wrong, EVA says so. A partial review is never presented as a finished one, and missing data is never treated as a pass.
Records do not move
Rules change and documents get amended, but a signed report keeps meaning what it meant on the day it was made.
