PRODUCT

From a stack of paperwork to a determination you can sign.

EVA does the reading, the checking, and the paperwork of a COA review, and leaves the decision with your qualified reviewer, with the evidence for every line one click away.

HOW A REVIEW RUNS

Six steps, one record.

  1. 01

    Declare the sample

Choose the state and the product type: flower, concentrates, edibles, or topicals. EVA lists every test that sample needs before anything is uploaded, so nothing is assumed complete.

  2. 02

    Upload the paperwork

Certificates of analysis, benchsheets, chain of custody, instrument printouts. Scanned or digital, one document or forty pages.

  3. 03

    Every result, read and cited

EVA reads every page and lists each result with a link to where it appears. Click a number and the source page opens beside it.

  4. 04

    Checked against your state

Each requirement gets a verdict against the state’s published limit for that product type, with the regulation cited. Failures and missing tests are flagged as blockers.

  5. 05

    Your reviewer decides

Reviewers accept or override each finding with a reason, correct a misread value, and sign off. Every decision is recorded with who made it and when.

  6. 06

    Export the proof

A release report and a data packet, made once and identical on every download, ready for a client, a regulator, or an auditor.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything an audit asks for, already assembled.

Required-test checklist

Built from the state and product type you declare. Each row is pass, fail, or missing, with the limit and the regulation beside it.

Page-cited results

Every analyte, value, and unit linked to the page it came from, so verification is a click instead of a search.

Release report

A clear determination with the blockers listed first, the reviewer’s sign-off, and the evidence behind each finding.

Data packet

One ZIP: the report, every source document unaltered, the regulations used, a fingerprint for every file, and the audit trail.

Revision history

An amended COA replaces the old one without erasing it. The history shows what changed, when, and why.

Audit trail

Sign-ins, uploads, reviews, decisions, and exports, each with who, what, and when. Kept even when the data it describes is deleted.

BUILT INTO YOUR WORKFLOW

Made for the way labs actually work.

Teams and roles

Invite reviewers to your organization’s private workspace. Admins manage people, settings, and the documents everyone works from.

Your standards library

Keep the regulations and SOPs your lab works to in one place, so every review is checked against the same versions.

Answers with citations

Ask a question about a batch and get an answer that points to the page it came from, not a summary you have to trust.

Fits your systems

Connect EVA to your LIMS through its API with keys you control, and keep your existing release process.

STATES

Your state’s rules, kept current.

Each state’s requirements are versioned, and every review records which version it was checked against, so an old report still means what it said.

US-CA

California

Department of Cannabis Control testing requirements.

US-OR

Oregon

Oregon Health Authority testing requirements.

US-NV

Nevada

Cannabis Compliance Board testing requirements.

CHECK ANY COA

Got a COA from another lab? Put it through EVA.

Upload a certificate of analysis from any lab: a supplier's, a client's, or a competitor's. EVA checks it against your state's limits for that product type and shows you what is wrong.

  • Required tests the COA leaves out.
  • Results over your state's limit, even when the COA calls them a pass.
  • Every finding linked to the page it came from, ready to send back.

One seat is all it takes: no lab software, no setup.

See it on your own paperwork.
